About the Role

As an Outpatient Phlebotomist, you will be the vital link between patients and the diagnostic process. Your role is centered on processing blood draws with precision while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. You will interact professionally with laboratory management, physicians, and patients to ensure optimal care, collecting specimens that provide critical information for disease diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.

This position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience, ranging from conducting draws at outpatient stations to visiting nursing homes, assisted living centers, and healthcare clinics. You will manage the full lifecycle of specimen processing, from patient identification and labeling to entering results into our systems and coordinating with reference labs. Whether you are performing therapeutic phlebotomy, glucose tolerance testing, or driving lab courier vehicles to off-site locations, your work directly impacts the health outcomes of our community.
