As a Phlebotomist in The Villages, FL, you will join a team where your work has a direct impact on your community. You will be the face of LifeSouth, delivering outstanding service and care to donors while performing phlebotomies and safely collecting blood donations. Your day will involve registering and screening donors to ensure safety and accuracy at every step, assisting with donor recruitment and education, and utilizing automated blood collection technology.
