As a Customer Experience team member at Walgreens, you are the first point of contact for our customers and patients. Your mission is to ensure a positive, distinctive, and delightful experience by engaging with people, offering assistance, and resolving issues with care. You will model best practices in interpersonal habits—such as greeting, eye contact, and courtesy—while embodying Walgreens service traits like proactively offering help and servicing customers until they are satisfied.
In this role, you will build strong relationships with our most valuable customers while supporting the daily operations of the store. From registering purchases and managing cash to assisting with over-the-counter products and checking prescription status, you play a vital part in keeping our pharmacy and retail services running smoothly. You will also help maintain a clean, orderly, and well-merchandised environment, ensuring that displays are attractive and that store systems are utilized effectively.
We are looking for individuals who are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and are willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. While six months of retail experience and prior work with Walgreens are preferred, we welcome applicants with a passion for service.
