You will serve as a vital member of the Inpatient Pharmacy team at Dell Seton Medical Center in Austin, TX. In this rotating PRN capacity, your work ensures optimal patient safety by reviewing medication orders, identifying drug-related risks, and recommending evidence-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical teams to provide expert drug information and counseling, facilitating integrated patient care and improved health outcomes. Additionally, you will lead and mentor pharmacy technicians, overseeing medication preparation and maintenance to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards while dispensing patient-specific medications with precision.
