As a Pharmacist at Seton Medical Center Austin, you will be a vital part of our Inpatient Pharmacy team. Your future role centers on ensuring optimal patient safety by reviewing medication orders, identifying drug-related risks, and recommending evidence-based solutions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical teams to provide expert drug information and counseling, facilitating integrated patient care and improving health outcomes. Additionally, you will lead and mentor pharmacy technicians, overseeing medication preparation and maintenance to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
