About the Role
This clinic-based position is designed for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to utilize the nursing process in providing patient care under the supervision of licensed prescribers or Registered Professional Nurses. You will maintain professional accountability for your assigned patients, coordinate care across departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
In this role, you will assist with drawing medication for procedures, manage medication refills and prior authorizations, room patients, and work closely with Nurse Practitioners. A key component of the position involves being responsible for BOTOX injections for providers within the Headache Management department. This opportunity is particularly well-suited for new LPN graduates looking to launch their careers in a supportive environment.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED equivalent

- verifiedCurrent LPN license within the hiring state

- verifiedBasic Life Support certification
- verifiedLPN-IV Certification
- verifiedACLS, PALS, PEARS, or S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (as required)
Nice to Have
Minimum of three years of LPN experience, preferably inpatient/hospital, home health, rehab, or related field.
