Since 1991, Texas Health Plano has served the communities of Plano, Frisco, Carrollton, Addison, Richardson, and McKinney. As a 386-bed, full-service hospital, we are dedicated to providing incredible care to North Texas with amazing people. We specialize in emergency medicine, trauma, cardiology, neurosurgery, spine, advanced orthopedics, women's services, behavioral health, and state-of-the-art surgical services.
Our facility holds prestigious distinctions, including being a Level II Trauma Facility, the only healthcare facility in Collin County with both Level IV NICU and Level IV Maternal facility designations, and a DNV-certified Comprehensive Stroke Program. We are a four-time Magnet-designated hospital, home to the only AACN Beacon Gold adult intensive care unit in the DFW area, and accredited by the Joint Commission for Hip and Knee Replacement and as a Primary Heart Attack Center. We also offer top-notch perks, including an on-site childcare center created for working parents.
In the Pharmacy Department, you will join a high-level safety environment supported by experienced staff and leadership that values individual and departmental education. You will be part of a 24/7 team providing pharmacist and technician coverage for our 386-bed facility, which manages four distinct locations: Texas Health Neighborhood Care and Wellness Emergency Department, Seay Psychiatric Hospital, Texas Health Plano Pediatric Imaging, and Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital.
This role is designed for those who want to deliver high-quality patient care within a supportive, team environment that offers outstanding opportunities for growth. You will play a vital part in our mission to improve the health of our community, working alongside a strong Unit Based Council (UBC) and ancillary departments. Your work will directly impact patient safety and quality improvement initiatives while you develop positive working relationships and model teamwork.
