About the Role
Within our Retail locations, we bring this promise to life with heart every day. As a Pharmacy Technician, you play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise. You will be the first point of contact for many patients, assisting them to deliver an exceptional experience while ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly.
Your day will involve operating as part of a collaborative team through the consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures and effective communication. You will contribute to a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered. Whether you are assisting at the pick-up counter, the drive-thru, or over the phone, you will demonstrate genuine care and compassion, creating heartfelt moments while serving patients. You will also have opportunities to expand your clinical and technical knowledge, embracing a growth mindset and being receptive to feedback to better assist patients.
Once in the role, you will complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Until these requirements are met, duties may be restricted by the Pharmacy Manager. Where permissible and with additional training, you may also support immunizations, educating patients about vaccine importance and monitoring for adverse reactions.

Nice to Have
1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting. Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs.
