About the Role

Within our Retail locations, we bring this promise to life with heart every day. As a Pharmacy Technician, you play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, assisting the team in delivering operational and service excellence.

Your day will involve ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly and that prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately. You will demonstrate genuine care and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered. From creating heartfelt moments at the pick-up counter to offering immunizations and solving patient problems, you will help navigate the health care system for our customers. You will operate as part of the pharmacy team through the consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and effective communication.

Hiring Process & Training

Once in the role, you will be required to complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Until all necessary requirements are completed, duties may be restricted by the Pharmacy Manager. If you are interested in supporting immunizations, additional licensure and training requirements must be met to obtain Technician Immunizer status.
