About the Role

Within our Retail locations, we bring this promise to life with heart every day. As a Pharmacy Technician, you play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise. You will be the first point of contact for patients and customers, assisting the team in delivering operational and service excellence.

Your day will involve ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly, prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, and providing caring service that exceeds patient expectations. You will operate as part of the pharmacy team through the consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), best practices, and effective communication. Throughout your shifts, you will demonstrate genuine care and contribute to a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered.

Once in the role, you will complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Depending on your state and additional training, you may also support immunizations, educating patients about vaccines and monitoring for adverse reactions.
