About the Role
Within our Retail locations, we bring this promise to life with heart every day. As a Pharmacy Technician, you play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy teams to consistently deliver on our brand promise. You will be the first point of contact for many patients, assisting them to deliver an exceptional experience while ensuring pharmacy operations run smoothly.
Your day will involve operating as part of a cohesive team through the consistent application of Standard Operating Procedures and effective communication. You will contribute to a safe and inclusive culture where all people feel valued and empowered. Whether you are assisting patients at the pick-up counter, the drive-thru, or over the phone, you will demonstrate genuine care and empathy. You will help create heartfelt and personalized moments, offering services like immunizations and solving patient problems with compassion. Once in the role, you will complete a rigorous company training program and satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to your State's Board of Pharmacy guidelines.
