About the Role

This position serves as the clinical and operational anchor of our pharmacy, transforming the traditional transactional model into a deeply interpersonal healthcare experience. You will provide empathetic consulting services to patients, guiding them on effective medication use, drug interactions, and preventive care. Beyond dispensing, you will lead the delivery of clinical services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management, ensuring every interaction fosters a positive patient outcome.

As a leader within the pharmacy, you will manage workflow efficiency, inventory, and financial performance while fostering a culture of professional development. Your day involves collaborating with the Store Manager to define strategic business opportunities, mentoring staff through focused coaching, and ensuring strict adherence to state and federal regulations. You will act as a bridge between the pharmacy and the local medical community, promoting health awareness and expanding growth opportunities for the business.
