About the Role

This position serves as the clinical and operational anchor of the pharmacy, driving a strategic shift from a purely transactional model to an interpersonal, patient-centered healthcare experience. You will provide empathetic consulting services to patients, ensuring the effective use of medications and raising awareness of drug interactions. Beyond dispensing, you will lead the delivery of preventive and clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management.

In this role, you will manage the entire pharmacy workflow, from compounding and verification to inventory control and financial performance. You will foster a culture of care by modeling service best practices, such as demonstrating curiosity and championing inclusivity, while ensuring the pharmacy operates in strict compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also involves leading the pharmacy team through training, coaching, and performance management to ensure professional growth and high morale.
