This position serves as a vital bridge between our pharmacy operations and the community, delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will work under the direct supervision of pharmacists to assist in the practice of pharmacy while ensuring every interaction is courteous, fair, and efficient. Day in the Life
Your day begins by engaging with customers and patients, greeting them warmly, and offering proactive assistance with products and services. You will manage the checkout process, handling cash, processing returns, and resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Beyond the register, you will support the pharmacy team by utilizing systems to obtain patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and assisting with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals.
You will also handle various clerical duties, such as processing manual claims for third-party programs and managing telephone calls that do not require a pharmacist's immediate attention. The role extends to maintaining store standards, including keeping counters and shelves clean, constructing displays, and ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products. Additionally, you may assist with photo services and web pick-up responsibilities, ensuring orders are filled and delivered accurately.
Hiring Process
Candidates are expected to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. We look for individuals willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. While prior retail experience and PTCB certification are preferred, we are committed to training and developing talent through designated programs and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements
