About the Role
This position serves as a vital bridge between our customers and our pharmacy services, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience at every touchpoint. You will be the face of the store, greeting patients and shoppers with courtesy and efficiency while ensuring their needs are met with care.
In this role, you will operate under the direct supervision of pharmacists to assist in the practice of pharmacy. Your day-to-day involves utilizing pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and ensuring accuracy in every step of the dispensing process. Beyond the pharmacy counter, you will manage cash registers, handle customer inquiries, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store environment, including the photo area and web pick-up responsibilities.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Six months of experience in a retail environment. Prior work experience with Walgreens. Good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately. Good computer skills. Knowledge of store inventory control. PTCB certification.
