Pharmacy Customer Service Associate

This position serves as the vital bridge between our pharmacy operations and the community we serve. You will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, fair, and efficient. Whether you are registering sales, assisting patients with prescription processing, or guiding customers through our store, your role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service Walgreens is known for.

In this hybrid retail and pharmacy support role, you will work under the direct supervision of pharmacists to assist in the practice of pharmacy while simultaneously managing front-of-store operations. You will be responsible for utilizing pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and ensuring strict adherence to state and federal regulations. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of tasks, from greeting customers and resolving issues to maintaining inventory, constructing displays, and handling web pick-up responsibilities.
