This position serves as the vital link between our pharmacy operations and the community, ensuring a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will work under the direct supervision of pharmacists to assist in the practice of pharmacy while delivering courteous, efficient, and friendly service to every patient and shopper.
Your day involves a blend of clinical support and retail excellence. You will register sales, process prescriptions, and manage inventory while resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure satisfaction. From greeting customers and offering proactive assistance to handling telephone calls and managing web pick-up orders, you will be the face of the store, modeling best practices in interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
We are committed to your professional development. In this role, you will earn and maintain PTCB certification through our designated training program and state-required registration. You will also attend ongoing training sessions, complete required learning modules, and acquire continuing education credits to stay current with the latest healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Six months of experience in a retail environment. Prior work experience with Walgreens. Good math skills for filling prescriptions accurately. Good computer skills. Knowledge of store inventory control. PTCB certification.
