About the Role
This position serves as the vital link between Walgreens and our customers, delivering a distinctive and delightful experience at every interaction. You will operate at the intersection of retail and healthcare, ensuring that every customer receives courteous, efficient, and friendly service while supporting the pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate care.
Your day will involve engaging with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products and services, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. You will model customer service best practices, sharing interpersonal habits like proactive help and identifying needs with your team. Beyond the front counter, you will support the pharmacy department by assisting pharmacists under direct supervision, utilizing pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, and managing inventory and workflow. You will also handle various operational duties, from maintaining store displays and managing web pick-up orders to ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.

Requirements
