Pharmacy Customer Service Associate

About the Role

This position serves as the vital bridge between our pharmacy operations and the community, ensuring a distinctive and delightful customer experience while supporting the practice of pharmacy under direct supervision. You will be responsible for registering sales, processing prescriptions, and assisting the pharmacist with patient and drug information, all while adhering to strict state and federal regulations.

Your day-to-day involves engaging with customers and patients by greeting them, offering assistance with products, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. You will model customer service best practices, sharing interpersonal habits like proactive help and courteous interaction with the entire team. Beyond the counter, you will maintain clean and well-merchandised shelves, manage inventory, and handle clerical duties such as processing third-party claims and assisting with web pick-up responsibilities.

Training & Development

We are committed to your professional growth. In this role, you will earn and maintain PTCB certification through our designated training program or state-required registration. You will attend regular training sessions, complete required PPLs, and acquire continuing education credits to stay current with the latest healthcare and pharmacy developments.
