As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at Walgreens, you are the face of our pharmacy and the first point of contact for our community. Your mission is to model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience while supporting the pharmacy team in providing safe and efficient care. You will bridge the gap between clinical pharmacy services and retail operations, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and assisted.
In this role, you will engage with customers and patients by greeting them warmly and offering proactive assistance with products and services. You will resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience, sharing best practices with the team to maintain high standards of courtesy and service. Your day-to-day involves managing the front counter, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory, while also supporting the pharmacy department under the direct supervision of pharmacists.
You will play a vital part in the pharmacy workflow by utilizing pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, processing prescriptions, and assisting with inventory management activities such as ordering and storing pharmaceuticals. Additionally, you will handle various customer service tasks, including photo services, web pick-up responsibilities, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. This position requires strict adherence to company policies, state and federal regulations, and the Walgreens Code of Conduct to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance.
To apply, please submit your resume through the Walgreens careers portal. We are looking for individuals who are fluent in English and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
