About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless communication and organization. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the master schedule, handling call-offs, and coordinating rescheduling efforts with managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a critical role in coordinating information related to medical supplies, managing inventory, and distributing supplies as needed.
In this role, you will manage the flow of information between staff and clients, track resident admissions and discharges, and ensure accurate data entry for billing purposes. It is a dynamic position that requires you to be calm under pressure while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in a senior living environment.
