About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless communication and organization within a senior living environment. You will be the primary point of contact for coordinating schedules, managing call-offs, and distributing medical supplies. Your role is vital in maintaining the flow of information between managers, families, clients, and caregivers, ensuring that care plans are up-to-date and that billing data is accurate.
You will thrive in this role if you are great with schedules, manage details with precision, and possess a calm demeanor under pressure. While previous experience in senior living or skilled nursing is strongly preferred, the core of this role is dedicated to caring for others through efficient administration and coordination.

Requirements
