This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and communication for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs. You will manage the master schedule, handling call-offs by rescheduling shifts and providing timely notice to managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
You will be the central point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients, while also tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes to ensure accurate billing data. This role requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate care plan documentation and attendance reports.
