About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and communication. You will manage the master schedule for LPNs, CNAs, and RAs, handling call-offs by rescheduling shifts and providing timely notice to managers, families, clients, and caregivers. Beyond scheduling, you play a primary role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, distributing supplies as needed to keep care flowing smoothly.
You will be the central point of contact for incoming and outgoing calls with staff and clients, while also tracking resident admissions, discharges, and staff changes to ensure accurate billing data. This role requires someone who is great with details, calm under pressure, and passionate about caring for others.
