About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone for our nursing staff, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules and resources. You will be the primary point of contact for managing the master schedule, handling call-offs, and rescheduling as needed while keeping managers, families, clients, and caregivers informed. Beyond scheduling, you play a critical role in coordinating medical supply usage and inventory, ensuring the right resources are distributed when needed.
In this role, you will manage communication for nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs, RAs, etc.), update care plan information, and document changes in the system. You will also track resident admissions and discharges, monitor staff attendance, and enter data for billing purposes. The role requires a calm demeanor under pressure and a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate records and smooth operations.
