About the Role
As a Personal Trainer, you will design and deliver safe, motivating, and results-driven programs tailored to each client's unique goals. You will serve as the face of our fitness community, conducting consultations and assessments to set the stage for client success. This role is not just about guiding workouts; it is about building lasting relationships and fostering a supportive environment where members can thrive.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and providing top-notch service on the gym floor. A key part of your day involves building and maintaining a personal training client base, directly contributing to the growth of the business. You will also promote and sell Edge Fitness programs, services, and products, ensuring members have access to the full range of resources available to them.

Top Trainers have the potential to earn over $160,000 by achieving or exceeding monthly revenue and session goals.
