About the Role
This position is designed for an organized and dependable professional who values accuracy and teamwork. You will serve as a key connector, working closely with customers, lenders, real estate professionals, and internal teams to process title and escrow orders and coordinate transaction documentation. Your day-to-day involves managing the flow of information from order intake through closing, ensuring all title commitments, closing protection letters, and supporting documents are accurate and delivered on time. You will also act as a primary point of contact, providing proactive communication to buyers, sellers, and agents to resolve concerns and keep transactions moving forward.
