About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our team in a progressive environment where you can grow your career. In this role, you will work under the supervision of an assigned LPN/LVN or RN Unit Supervisor to provide essential activities and services that meet the personal needs, safety, and comfort of our residents.
Your focus will be on assisting in the creation of a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for those in our care. Success in this position requires a special interest in and a positive attitude toward working with long-term care residents and the elderly. You will be expected to relate positively and effectively with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and fellow staff members while adhering to all center policies and procedures.
