Join our fun, dynamic team in Rib Lake, WI, making a difference in senior living. As the Assistant Director of Nursing (RN), you will partner with the Director of Nursing (DON) to manage and deliver nursing services, overseeing the planning, organization, direction, supervision, and evaluation of all nursing care provided in the center.
This is a working manager position that requires time on the floor with residents and staff. You will assist in ensuring nursing department compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, implement core nursing programs, and manage the department within budget in the absence of the DON. The role involves maintaining records and reports concerning resident care, as well as overseeing the orientation and training of nursing personnel. You will be subject to an on-call rotation and occasional overnight travel.
