We are seeking a Property Maintenance Technician (Level II or III) to ensure our property and grounds meet company standards and applicable laws. In this part-time role, you will perform a variety of duties including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and more.
You will be responsible for scheduling and prioritizing work orders to ensure timely completion within 48 hours. Your day-to-day will involve preparing vacant units, collaborating with vendor teams on maintenance projects, and maintaining a well-stocked workshop. You will also play a key role in mentoring new technicians and ensuring all safety programs are followed.
This position is based at a single property in Minneapolis, MN, with a shift from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday (25 hours per week). You must be available for on-call emergency maintenance services as scheduled, including weekends and overtime as needed.
