The Engineer, Level 2 plays a vital role in ensuring this property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times, balancing technical precision with the least amount of inconvenience to guests and employees.
In this role, you will be the backbone of the property's operational integrity. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on technical work and proactive planning. You will troubleshoot and repair complex systems, from hotel air conditioning units and boilers to plumbing lines and electronic lock systems. Beyond immediate repairs, you will conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment, test cooling towers, and ensure swimming pools and spas are pristine. You will also assist in supervising other engineering staff and scheduling maintenance tasks, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly around the clock.
