This position serves as a pathway to becoming a Retail Personal Banker II. Selected candidates will first complete a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program featuring rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification to demonstrate the necessary skills for the role.
As a Retail Personal Banker II, you will be in a sales-focused position dedicated to developing relationships and promoting deposits, loans, and fee-based services. Your day-to-day involves utilizing a consultative sales process to build thorough customer profiles, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging in cross-selling to existing customers and pursuing outside sales activities such as community financial literacy events and onsite presentations.
You will also collaborate closely with Business Partners in Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment to provide holistic financial solutions. Beyond sales, you are accountable for maintaining a position of trust by adhering to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, managing risk, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional demeanor and ethical behavior.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured 4-8 week on-boarding and education program. This includes rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, followed by a certification process to validate the skills required to perform effectively within the Retail Personal Banker job family.
