About the Role
This position serves as the foundation for a career as a Retail Personal Banker I. Selected candidates will first complete a comprehensive 4-8 week on-boarding and education program featuring rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Upon successful completion and certification, you will step into a Financial Center role focused on using a consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers and prospects.
In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new households and deepening existing relationships through lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting. You will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a position of trust by keeping all business confidential and adhering to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Your work will directly contribute to year-over-year revenue growth and the overall positive customer experience, ensuring you always do the right thing for our customers and colleagues.

Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must be prepared to obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) at the time of employment. The program requires the ability to travel within the affiliate for training and may involve travel outside the affiliate for classroom sessions.
