About the Role
This position serves as the foundation for a career in banking, designed to develop selected candidates into Retail Personal Banker I roles. After completing a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program featuring rotations in operations and Sales & Service, you will demonstrate the skills necessary to succeed within the Retail Personal Banker job family.
As a Personal Banker I, you will focus on using a consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers and prospects. Your day-to-day will involve acquiring new households and deepening existing relationships through lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting. You will act as a member of the platform staff, processing teller transactions while maintaining a position of trust by keeping all business confidential and adhering to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
You will be responsible for risk management by openly exchanging ideas, elevating concerns, and ensuring your actions drive a positive customer experience. By operating within the Bank's risk appetite, you will consistently identify, assess, and manage risks of all types while working to enhance year-over-year revenue growth.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will enter a structured 4-8 week on-boarding and education program. This program includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification that allows you to demonstrate the skills required to perform the role successfully.
