About the Role

This position serves as the foundation for a career as a Retail Personal Banker I. Selected candidates will first complete a comprehensive 4-8 week on-boarding and education program featuring rotations in operations and Sales & Service. Upon successful certification, you will transition into a Financial Center role focused on using a consultative sales process to proactively identify and meet the financial needs of customers and prospects.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining a focus on acquiring new households and deepening existing relationships. Your day-to-day activities will include lobby leadership, aisle time, and tele-consulting to engage customers. You will be responsible for processing teller transactions, working as part of the platform staff, and owning customer issues with confidence. By partnering with Business Partners in Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment, you will help provide timely, holistic financial solutions.

Hiring Process

Candidates selected for this opportunity will enter a structured on-boarding and education program. This program includes rotations in operations and Sales & Service, culminating in a certification process where you will demonstrate the skills necessary to successfully perform within the Retail Personal Banker job family.
