As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, establishing relationships with customers and prospective clients to understand, identify, and satisfy their financial needs. This is a dynamic position that blends transactional duties with sales and service, ensuring a positive customer experience during every branch interaction.
In this Float role, you will be assigned to the Central NJ/PA Region. While you may cover staffing needs at any branch within the region, your primary travel will include our locations in Madison Farms, Allentown-Tilghman, Allentown-Hamilton, Phillipsburg, and Flemington. Your day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on the specific needs of the branch, ranging from processing financial transactions like account openings and loan payments to conducting consultative needs assessments and cross-selling products.
You will play a key role in advancing the Bank's Corporate Sales Program by building a book of business and managing customer relationships. Additionally, you will assist the Assistant Branch Manager with daily operations, end-of-day functions, and reporting, while ensuring operational and financial safety in accordance with all bank policies and regulations.
