About the Role
Our Personal Bankers are personable, goal-oriented individuals with a passion for helping customers improve their financial health. As a Personal Banker at our Garden City Main location, you will serve as a key ambassador of the Commerce Bank brand. In this retail banking role, you will develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, co-workers, and other areas of the business.
Your primary goal is to uncover the financial needs of each customer and provide solutions to address them. You will gain valuable insight into banking and finance while helping customers navigate their daily financial challenges. This role is designed for those who want to make a tangible impact on customer financial wellness while growing their own career within a tradition of recognizing talent and contributions.
