The Senior Customer Contact Center Specialist serves as the first line of support for our customers, providing exceptional service through multiple channels including phone, video banking, chat, text, and email. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to upholding the bank's core value of SERVICE.
In this position, you will act as a vital link between our customers and the bank's extensive product offerings. You will resolve inquiries, perform account maintenance, and educate customers on digital banking tools like mobile and online banking. Beyond daily operations, you will serve as a backup to the Montvale Branch, offering front desk support when needed, and participate in community engagement activities such as volunteering with local schools and nonprofit organizations.
