About the Role
Our Personal Bankers are personable, goal-oriented individuals with a passion for helping customers improve their financial health. As a Personal Banker at our 135th & Lamar location, you will serve as a key ambassador of the Commerce Bank brand. This role is designed to help you gain valuable insight into banking and finance while assisting customers with their daily financial challenges.
In this retail banking position, you will develop and maintain long-lasting relationships not only with your customers but also with your co-workers and other areas of the business. Your primary goal is to uncover the financial needs of each customer and provide tailored solutions to address them. You will act as a bridge between customers and our bank specialists, ensuring that complex financial needs are met with expertise and care.
