You will assist customers with basic requests, such as opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. A key part of your day involves interacting with customers to demonstrate care, developing a deep understanding of bank products to connect to their needs, and providing appropriate options for bank products and services. You will also refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.

Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements, including applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness, and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess financial responsibility and credit fitness, though a credit score is not included in the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements, including additional screening if necessary. Please note that this position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
