We are seeking an Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) for our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. In this role, you will participate in the delivery of exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach. You will propose appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially, while assisting them with basic requests such as opening new accounts and submitting credit applications.
This position requires you to exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures while developing a deep understanding of bank products to connect with customer needs. You will interact with customers to demonstrate care, provide appropriate options for bank products, and refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed.
Important Compliance Note: This SAFE position involves customer contact and duties that may include the offering or negotiating of terms for dwelling-secured transactions. Consequently, this role requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results. Individuals in this position must also meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO).
