About the Role

The People Programs Coordinator helps bring the employee experience to life at Sonos. Working across People Experience & Programs, People Partners, and Talent Acquisition, this role supports meaningful initiatives that help employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected throughout their time at Sonos.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a broad foundation in Human Resources and gain exposure across the company. You will be involved across multiple areas of the People function while supporting programs that impact all employees. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, highly organized, and energized by learning new things and working with people across Sonos.

Location & Work Model

This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston office location and should expect to be in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Nice to Have
