About the Role

The HR Operations Specialist serves as a vital connector within our Human Resources department, ensuring the seamless integration of new employees and the accuracy of our credentialing operations. This role exists to bridge the gap between recruitment and full operational readiness, supporting the organization's mission by fostering a welcoming environment for new hires.

You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, leadership, IT, Quality Improvement, and the credentialing team. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through successful integration, managing complex documentation, and maintaining the integrity of employee records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, balancing multiple priorities with a service-driven mindset while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleCoordinate the onboarding process for new employees from offer acceptance through integration
  • check_circleSchedule onboarding activities, orientations, training sessions, and required meetings
  • check_circleConduct onboarding sessions and assist new hires with system logins and documentation
  • check_circleCoordinate with IT regarding employee system access, email setup, and equipment needs
  • check_circleMaintain accurate employee records and HRIS information in compliance with policies
  • check_circleProcess employee lifecycle changes including new hires, transfers, and terminations
  • check_circleAssist with employee communications, HR documentation, and administrative coordination
  • check_circleSupport employee engagement activities and organizational initiatives as assigned
  • check_circlePartner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment-to-onboarding transition
  • check_circleManage credentialing documentation, licensure tracking, and compliance renewals

Requirements

  • verifiedAssociate degree required
  • verifiedBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • verifiedMinimum of 2 years of Human Resources, onboarding, credentialing, healthcare administration, or related experience preferred
  • verifiedHealthcare or multi-site operational experience preferred
  • verifiedExperience working with HRIS systems, onboarding platforms, or employee records management preferred
  • verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, HRIS systems, and related technology platforms

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources, onboarding, credentialing, healthcare administration, or related experience. Healthcare or multi-site operational experience.
