The HR Operations Specialist serves as a vital connector within our Human Resources department, ensuring the seamless integration of new employees and the accuracy of our credentialing operations. This role exists to bridge the gap between recruitment and full operational readiness, supporting the organization's mission by fostering a welcoming environment for new hires.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, leadership, IT, Quality Improvement, and the credentialing team. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the onboarding journey from offer acceptance through successful integration, managing complex documentation, and maintaining the integrity of employee records. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, balancing multiple priorities with a service-driven mindset while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
