Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead on-site HR operations across a cluster of full-service hotels including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- check_circleConduct and oversee hiring, interviews, and exit interviews to support staffing and associate engagement
- check_circleMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- check_circleCoordinate training programs, associate engagement initiatives, and HR-related events across the complex
- check_circleManage payroll system access, timekeeping, overtime tracking, and year-end W-2 preparation processes
- check_circleOversee and process payroll for multiple properties ensuring compliance with tax requirements and union regulations
- check_circlePartner with General Managers on policy interpretation, corrective actions, and performance management processes
- check_circleServe as the primary HR point of contact for associates and leaders while handling sensitive employee matters
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 2 years on-site hotel HR experience
- verifiedMinimum 2 years hotel payroll experience
- verifiedPrior experience in a unionized hotel environment
- verifiedWorking knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws in hospitality
- verifiedProficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, timekeeping platforms, and Microsoft Office
