About the Role

We are seeking a caring and certified Personal Care Resident Assistant – Level 1 to join our dedicated team at Farm Crest Personal Care in Ephrata, PA. This PRN opportunity allows for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As a member of our team, you will help ensure residents receive high-quality, respectful, and personalized care while working alongside a compassionate group of colleagues.

This role is designed for those with a genuine compassion for the elderly and a desire to serve. You will be part of a team where your work matters, your values align, and your impact is felt daily.

Schedule and Compensation

This position offers a unique schedule of 8 hours per week, working every other weekend only during the evening shift. To support this schedule, we offer a weekend differential of $1.25/hour and an evening shift differential of $1.00/hour.
