The Disability Assessment Analyst II joins our Disability Services unit to review requests for test accommodations and make final decisions in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for NBME-owned and co-sponsored products. This role is critical to ensuring equitable access for examinees while maintaining the integrity of our assessments.
In this position, you will conduct thorough reviews of accompanying documentation, including clinical evaluations, psychoeducational assessments, neuropsychological evaluations, progress notes, medical records, and academic records. Beyond individual case reviews, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource and subject matter expert, providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding disability documentation requirements and escalated issues. You will also consult with the Manager, Examinee Accommodations on various unit projects and contribute to the creation and implementation of departmental policies and practices.
This role is designated as hybrid, generally requiring onsite work an average of 2-3 times per month, with the ability to select a primary work location based on preference. We are open to considering candidates in PA, NJ, DE, and MD. Please note that onsite interviews and onboarding at our Philadelphia office may be required; advance notice will be provided to support planning.
