Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) partners with public school districts, charter schools, and communities nationwide to provide highly qualified pediatric therapists, including school psychologists, speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Our mission is to make a tangible difference in the lives of children by connecting the best-trained therapists with the schools and clinics that need them most. We believe in win-win initiatives that ensure every child receives the highest quality care possible.
As a School Psychologist, you will join a dedicated team committed to positively impacting the lives of children and communities across the nation. In this role, you will provide essential counseling services to students and their parents, serving as a key partner in a multi-tiered system of support for those with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Your work will involve collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to evaluate and discuss student diagnoses and treatment plans, while also coaching families and staff to foster social and emotional development.
You will play a vital part in the educational journey of students by participating in the development of initial and annual Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
