About Pediatric Developmental Services

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) partners with public school districts, charter schools, and communities nationwide to provide highly qualified pediatric therapists, including school psychologists, speech, occupational, and physical therapists. Our mission is to make a tangible difference in the lives of children by connecting the best-trained therapists with the schools and clinics that need them most. We believe in win-win initiatives that ensure every child receives the highest quality care possible.

About the Role

As a School Psychologist, you will join a dedicated team committed to positively impacting the lives of children and communities across the nation. In this role, you will provide essential counseling services to students and their parents, serving as a key partner in a multi-tiered system of support for those with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. Your work will involve collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams to evaluate and discuss student diagnoses and treatment plans, while also coaching families and staff to foster social and emotional development.

You will play a vital part in the educational journey of students by participating in the development of initial and annual Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Success in this position requires the ability to work independently while maintaining the highest ethical and accountability standards. You will be the bridge between professional staff, support staff, parents, and external agencies, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively and that federal, state, and local procedures for record-keeping and eligibility are strictly adhered to.

Hiring Process

If you are ready to join our team and feel this position aligns with your skills and mission, please complete our initial 3-minute, mobile-friendly application. This allows us to review your information and move forward with the next steps. We look forward to meeting you and discussing how you can contribute to our shared goal of supporting children's well-being.
