About the Role

As a Patient Services Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering a CareSpot clinic, helping to create the ultimate patient experience from check-in to check-out. You will guide patients through registration processes, manage the patient queuing system to ensure efficient visits, and assist with feedback collection. This role is vital to our culture, which we define as the environment we create to engage our patients and each other.
