CareSpot is a mission-driven, values-oriented healthcare organization setting a new standard for patient centricity in the Urgent Care space. Proudly serving communities across Florida, we are committed to improving how people experience healthcare. Over the past 20 years, we have grown steadily, expanding access to care for the whole family near home, work, and play.
Our locations are open seven days a week with extended hours, offering easy online scheduling alongside walk-in and call-ahead options. We believe in making everyday healthcare even easier.
Our mission is to provide the most convenient everyday healthcare with such exemplary service that customers reward us with their loyalty and recommend us with confidence and enthusiasm. We accomplish this by incorporating our core values into everything we do:
As a Patient Services Advocate, you will be the first point of contact for patients entering a CareSpot clinic, helping to create the ultimate patient experience from check-in to check-out. You will guide patients through registration processes, manage the queuing system to ensure efficient visits, and handle billing and payment collection with accuracy.
This role is vital to our culture, which we define as the environment we create to engage our patients and each other. By joining our team, you will be a key contributor to an environment where we take care of our team members as effectively as we take care of our patients.
Join us as we seek to accomplish our mission and live our values in every patient interaction. We are looking for individuals who are calm, supportive, and ready to provide exemplary customer service in busy or stressful situations.
To apply, please submit your application today. Note that successful candidates must be able to pass a Level II background screening and clearance through the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA).
