About the Role

- check_circleAct as a liaison between patients, providers, and payers to resolve account issues

Requirements
- verified1+ years of experience in a customer service, front office role
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- verifiedUnderstanding of HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
Nice to Have
Experience in a hospital or medical office setting. Ability to clearly convey patient account information. Organizational and critical thinking skills; capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently or as part of a team. Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
